Available Session Times

We are available for photo shoots on most weekday nights, weekends, and on select weekdays for daytime shoots. Unusual times can be arranged with advance notice. To check our availability, contact us. Generally speaking, we schedule shoots 1-2 weeks in advance, and it may take another 2-3 weeks after the session to finish the entire order. We can sometimes schedule rush work, as well. If this will be a present, plan ahead!

Event Packages

Standard Event Package

Because events often include unique settings and challenges our services are more extensive and thus more expensive than a simple studio photo shoot. Your unique event demands top quality photography, and we want to be at our best for you.

Note: this package is intended for events like commitment ceremonies, weddings, rituals, and corporate parties. Each package is unique, and perfectly tailored to your needs.

This package includes:

Up to 6 hours of event photography (negotiable)
Travel within 150 miles of Minneapolis (we can go further for a small additional fee)
20 retouched photos (chosen by you or by us)
All digital negatives from your event on CD or DVD

Base Price: $900

Other Events Package

Are you hosting / throwing an event and want to offer portrait photgraphy as an attraction? Having a bachelorette party / toy party or SCA event? We are happy to discuss ways that we can help make your event a success while introducing new people to our work. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Prints

Have your photos printed on high-quality photographic paper. Choose any combination of sizes... we charge by the sheets, so if it fits onto an 8x10, it's the same price!

$10/ 8 x 10 sheet, larger sizes negotiable.

Web Hosting

Would you like to share photos from your event without the hassle of emailing or burning cd's? Why not let us create a private web page especially for you? Only people to whom you give the website address and the password (if you want a secure site) will be allowed to enter. This is a secure, fast, and convenient way to share your pictures with a loved one far away or anyone that needs to see them. See a sample gallery here.

Table Notes:

† Unless you are more comfortable having only one of us there.
‡ Travel charges may apply. Basic package photos will be done in studio, except for large groups.

Additional Notes:

There is an additional 7% sales tax (6.5% Minnesota and 0.5% Hennepin county) on all items.
There is a two hour minimum on all on-location sessions outside our Studio.
We reserve the right to changes on estimates based on project changes.
All event packages may require a $200 non-refundable (unless we cancel) deposit.
All cancellations must be 48 hours in advance or there will be a $25 rescheduling charge.

Included in the session fee, you will receive the following:

1 Picture CD with custom browser based navigation (except basic package). This CD will contain all pictures from you session in high-resolution and low-resolution formats.
